Sharing Outlook 2003 Calendars with Outlook 2007 Users

How can you make sharing work when the calendar to be shared is in Outlook 2003 but the person wanting to share it is on Outlook 2007? The permissions in 2003 are set to sharing but when we try to open a shared calendar in 2007 it gives us an error that says we cannot display the folder because the user does not have a server mailbox. Yet, we are all on an Exchange server.

I have setup a public folder and now need to have a shared calendar associated with it. What is the process to complete this task. The users are on a minimum of Outlook 2007.

Exchange server incorporation in one company to sync calendar with other company that has Exchange. Is it possible?

This question may have already been answered but I wanted to explain our situation to better confirm. We have two companies, one company is already on an exchange server and we want to incorporate microsoft exchange with the other company but the execs want to be able to only have one calendar to share between them, it is sounding like this is not possible and they would have to have two different calendars???

What is the best option for us to use to have an exchange between two different sectors? Is there another way that might be better, easier for us to share calendars documents etc?

we have outlook 2003. and exchange server. one of my calendar I cannot share. but when I share my main calendar I can share it. how can I share the other calendar?

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to share just One Week of your calender via email. For example if the CEO of a large company wants all of his managers to email him their weekly scheduel every week how would you go about doing this. Can you Export just one week of your calender?

If you could help me giving solutions how can one exchange user synchronize calender only with another exchange user within same domain?

I only want to synchronize calendar for both users but i don’t want them to synchronize contacts and task. How can i do that thanks

Cannot open shared calendars

We are using Outlook 2003 to access e-mail on Exchange (SBS 2003). When we atempt to open a shared calendar, the name we enter is converted to an e-mail address from the contact list (which is the same as the mailbox name in Exchange) but we get an error message saying that the user does not have a mailbox in Exchange. However, if we use a name that is not in the contacts list, it will share the calendar. The mailbox names are our first names and the e-mail address are firstname@ourURL.com. We have one user running Outlook 2007 who doesn’t have the problem. Any idea what might be causing this to happen?
