• How can I find the sender of an email through EWS MAPI?

I've been accessing all my emails from Exchange Server by code using the EWS Managed API. I've been looping all the items in the mailbox and loading them, like this: item.Load() But now I need to know the sender of each item and email message and I'm not sure how to access that. Can someone help me?
