Exchange 2005 user using OWA not receiving emails

One user on Exchange 2005 using OWA can not see their emails. It has 0 messages. When the user goes to their desktop they can download all of their email. How can I fix this?

i am having problem with our exchange 2000 server, we can send and receive emails outside but unfortunately the recipients cant receive our email…i’ve tried everything but still it doesn’t works..

i have exchange server 2003 with clients using outlook 2k3… i can send emails to all domains including gmail, yahoo, and hotmail etc.. and also to other MS Server 2k3 domains…however i cant recieve any email from the public domains or the private MS 2k3 domains any ideas?

i can not work send recieve for tho outlook 2003 on os xp sp3, the mailbox has 20gb data mails and the test for my acounts are ok but icn not work send/recieve for the email why pleas help? thanks

Exchange Delivery status notification

can we modify the Delivery Status Notification (Delay) message to not include the actual original message. it would Be nice to be able to send short notification with maybe just the To and Subject and Time fields. Just wondering. I’ve not been able to find anything for Exchange 2003.

only one client email address with outlook 2007 connected to exchange server 2007 receving email so late all day emails are receiving at evening time this is happening in local network any help would be really appreciated …

NDR reports not being delivered

We have a user who tries sending emails from her yahoo account to to work account. According to our Exchange 2003 server, it sends an NDR to the yahoo account. The user has yet to see an NDR in her account. Any ideas why?

Two exchange servers on one WAN. Emails are being kicked back

New location with its own exchange server was added to WAN now when sending emails to this new location emails are being kicked back. The exchange servers are on diffrent LANs but on the same MPLS Network Cloud. Both can ping eachother through the MPLS cloud.
