• Creating an event sink in Exchange 2003

Does anyone know how I can make an event sink to look at the sender of an email and move a copy of the email to a public folder (e.g. foo@bar.com would go to the "Bar" folder) This is using exchange 2003 and any programming language will do. Thanks for any help in advance.
