Can we route mail thru the smart hosts in Exchange Online
Smart Host, meaning being able to “Route mail trough the following smart hosts” from exchange (relay.smthost.com). Will that be something that can be configured on the hosted exchange environment?

For exchange online can you change the settings to notify the users more than every 3 days about their spam messages?
