Microsoft Exchange 2003 running, but we want to install into a cluster

We have Exchange 2003 running, but we want to install into a cluster. I need to maintain the mailboxes etc. Will I use the reinstall option for exchange on each node or the disaster recovery switch? Can I then restore the databases and logs?
