Managing Exchange 2003 using Exchange 2007 management interfaces

Can I manage my Exchange 2003 by using Exchange 2007 management interfaces? This will make my life much easier.

Windows 7 and Exchange 2007 Management tools

Guys,

I am trying to install the Exchange 2007 SP2 Management tools on to Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit but it tells me that it isn’t supported.

How can I get them installed?

We are trying to install the Exchange 2007 Management Tools on a 32-bit virtual PC (MSVPC). The following message is received and installation fails:

The computer does not belong to a valid Active Directory site. Check the site and subnet definitions.

The computer has been removed and re-added to AD. Intstallation works fine on other non-virtual machines at this location/subnet. Any ideas on what to try next?

We have checked the firewall and AV and nothing seems to indicate those are the issues.

What is interesting is that a packet capture during the installation shows a lot of traffic to/from 207.46.19.190. This is a Microsoft website. There are a lot of RST packets before the error message shows during the install.
