Exchange Mailbox Rules

Outlook 2002 Is there a way to allow my mailbox rules to automatically forward to external addresses but keep this disabled for all other users?

I have recently taken a position as LAN Admin with a company after over 12 years of IT work. Most of my time was spent with Novell and GroupWise. The company is on Outlook 2002 clients with Exchange 2003. Several systems are already set to send email alerts of server related issues to my inbox. ...
