Exchange doesn't send or receive

I have two back end servers and one front end. I installed a third back end, but it doesn't send or receive mails (internal or external). What can I do? Thanks a lot!

Replacing the Exchange Front-End Server

Hi, We are using the Exchange Server 2003 SP2 as our mail server and we have a Front End and Backend Architecture.Now we have some problem with our front end server and we are planning to replace the front end server with other server . So, can someone please explian me the procedure to do it...
