I’m new to Exchange and am trying to understand the output of Message Tracking. I have User1 who sent an internal message to User2 at 15:56 and User2 claims they didn’t receive it until 9am the next day. They had been emailing/cc’ing the same message back and forth so narrowing by subject limits it to only 2 messages. Am I understanding correctly that it was immediately delivered? I’m guessing that the second entry is another in the line of multiple messages using the same subject.

Description:
Categorizer encountered a hard error while processing a message.
I checked the global distribution group and noticed that it didn’t have any members. I’m wondering if that could be causing this error message, since the error message states that there were no mailboxes found for delivery of the email.
