Exchange 2007 Databases displayed as "Suspended"

Sometime over the weekend, our Exchange 2007 environment tanked; dual-node CCR cluster. Server1 was the active node when it tanked, rebooted; Server2 became active. Rebooted Server2 with hopes of bringing Server1 back online as the active node, no joy! Both servers are W2k3 SP2, Exchange 2007.
