				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are a large organization (25000 +) employees. 1 user is working fine for months, then tries to log in 1 day and gets an error = can not open Outlook / boot to safe mode and try to recover. I created a new user profile and she worked ok for rest of the day. Next morning &#8211; same &#8220;boot to safe mode&#8221; error. I have reimaged the laptop, but am wondering if you have an explanation of why this occurred. </p>

But some other problem happend a month latter.I rebuilt the operating system again for the user because of a certain reason.And also reconfigured the outlook 2003. Then.something strange came out.All the email before 24th Oct have disappeared.<br />
Meanwhile, I access my email account via IE.I still could not find any message before 24th Oct.<br />
I am wondering if my rebuilding the operating system on 24th,Oct caused this problem.<br />
And I would be very appreciate if you could give me any advice.<br />
