We use exchange 2007 and have shared mailboxes mailbox We have a 150MB limit on mailbox size across the company. Is there away to create a message to the shared mailbox users that notifies them when they are close to reaching and have reached the limit?

OWA 2007 Can reply but not send originals
Exchange 2007 OWA client can successfully reply to messages, however when this person attempts to create a message it willnot send. error: 0×80004005. This occurs on any workstation the customer uses.

Trying to keep size of store small as possible, need to keep store size below 75gb I read negatives on stubs, and negatives on journaling; which will be better at keeping store size managed and still allow upgrading in th future

Is there a way to find and disable/delete any rules and alerts on a mailbox using powershell or VB to query an exchange server? Could someone enlighten me as to the format of the powershell command(s). Thanks Michael
