upgradation Exchange sp1 to sp3 has been interrupted
Dear all druing exchange server upgradation sp1 to sp3 my setup is interrupted. when I trying it again, I got an error The Exchange binary files are not installed but the backup registry key is present. Only build-to-build upgrade mode is available. can any body help me about this error. thanks

Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located.
