Exchange 2007 Hub Transport server Questions

Exchange 2007 relay
We have exchange 2007 and several connectors on the hub transport servers. I put my XP machine’s ipaddress in for a system to be able to relay, basically for testing the SMTP port. Still says “could not open connection to the host on port 25, connect failed.”

cannot do message tracking in Exchange 2007
For some reason I cannot do message tracking past 24 hours in Exchange 2007 SP1. The HUB Transport servers are configured to keep thirty days of logs. Can someone help me with this issue?

Exchange 2007 content filtering quarantine settings
I have a exchange 2007 hub transport server and i have noticed when using the content fltering quarantine option there is no notificatio to the sender or recipient that their message has been quarantined. Is there a work around to this to let them know.
