reviewer shared mailbox permissions allows send

I have a shared mailbox setup with “reviewer” permissions. When I open a message within the shared mailbox, I am able to forward the message to my primary mailbox by changing the “From” field to my e-mail address.

This defeats the purpose of having “reviewer” access.

I do not have “Send As”, “Send on Behalf” or “Delegate” permissions to this shared mailbox.

Does anyone know if this is by design, or how this process can be denied?

Sometimes it takes over a month to get NDR for a mail sent. How can i check NDR timeout settings?

Blackberry not receiving external email

We have Exchange 2003 SP3 and BES 4.X. One user’s blackberry stopped receiving any external email. He receives internal email fine as well as can send.

I reviewed the filter settings on the blackberry and they are fine (i.e., set to forward email to blackberry) as well as the security permissions on his active directory object (i.e., BES can access the account just fine). I have rebooted his device and restarted the BES services. I have also deleted him as a user and reloaded his blackberry, and the same issue occurs (when it reloads, it loads all of his email for the past 30 days as anticipated).

Does anyone have any advice?
