How to prevent users from deleting other users meeting rooms
I have setup meeting rooms on Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007 clients.  The problem is users are able to delete other user’s appointments for meeting rooms.  We are using a direct booking method – No auto agents.  Please advise how to allow only the organizer to delete the meeting rooms. Outlook 2010 – Resource Calendar Access
