No Excel file or any Office application had been abruptly closed that would need a file to be recovered. I have searched and have not found anything related to this issue. This issue has occured on a top manager&#8217;s PC and there are many others getting installed.<br/><br/> ???<br/><br/></p>

When I click on it to open it will sit there saying it&#8217;s downloading but then I get the error &#8220;Can&#8217;t Open File&#8221;. It has worked in the past this just started happening.
