• Excel 03 opens as Read Only always

    We have a user that is only able to open Excel 03 files in Read Only. No other MS Office does this to her. It even happens to Excel files she has created and files that she receives in emails. Any ideas would be helpful since we are at a loss. Windows XP Pro SP2, MS Office w/Outlook 03. Thanks
