How to view Exchange 2003 inbox as an internal webpage?

Multiple Outlook sessions
anyone have a fix for the issue with multiple outlook sessions created on the exchange server? it creates event 9646 in the application log on the exchange server. i’ve tried increasing the limit and hard setting the network speed, no change. We don’t have any third party addins installed. Seems to only happen with notebooks [...]
