Am getting this error when i try to open a document from OWA, via webready?

The WebReady Document Viewing service is not working correctly because an error occurred. Please contact technical support for your organization.

Event log error:

Event ID: 68

The WebReady Document Viewing worker process did not initialize.
It will try again to initialize.
Exception message: “Work process exit before class id registered!”.

Am using Exchange 2007 Roll Up 5

Turned on OWA logging, but didnt give me any more information,
Have tried to re-installed OWA from Exchange Shell.

Also checked the registry keys pointing to the transcoding.exe all are correct.

If anyone has any other ideas that would be great.
