Can't open PDF attachments in email

Everytime I try to open an attachment in pdf form from an email I get an application error from AcroRd32.exe that says "application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000103). Click on ok to terminate the application". I'm currently using windows 2003. This started happening when I downloaded a...
