I have one machine running entourage latest version ,to connect to exchange 2010. The problem occurs when emails are sent from one specific domain- the attachments are blank. 0 bytes.
In webmail . OWA , the attachments are fine, when I forward them from same user from OWA , the attachment is visible in entourage. I have disabled all 3RD party transport agents on exchange and disabled Anti-Spam features. I have added the domain to entourage safe/white list.
Can anyone please suggest next steps , There is only one entourage client. I have been unable to reproduce the issue in test environment.
the problem began after moving from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.

Exchange is up to date and Entourage is missing only one update , which i think is not related to the issue.

Hello, all Technical pros – seek your help!

I have Windows XP desktop with Office 2007 and a Mac Laptop installed with Mac Office 2008. On Mac laptop I have regular Windows Word 2008/Excel 2008/PowerPonit 2008 and Windows Entourage 2008 for Mac (works just like Office e-mail). I can access my regular e-mail on both machines (On Windows via Office 2007) and on Mac via Entourage 2008.

The big problem I am facing is when I attach a document (Word or Excel) then the attachment comes as Winmail.dat file as attachment on Mac laptop (via Entourage). I can not open this file. But the reverse operation is working fine, That is, when I attach a Excel in Entourage e-mail then I can read it fine on Windows Office 2007 e-mail. Any suggestion or ideas how I can open the .dat file?
Thank you.
