Does anyone have a recommendation for a good software program to track internet content for lap top users when not connected to the network? Specifically, what software does the best tracking when the users connects back to the network.

i have a cx with a virus and it knocked out the internet connection and it will not get reconnected or let me repair the connection after removing the virus. I cant setup the firewall because the service wont start either. Please Help.

Windows Firewall behind a network domain

Is there ever a time when Windows XP Firewall be turned off? e.g should it be when the PC/notebook resides within a company domain? Or is it the case that it simply doesn't matter?
