I want to email a form from access to 5,000+ indiviudals. This form contains sensitive data so I want to encrypt an outlook mailbox (we’ll call it mailbox B) for the purpose of this correspondance. The outlook mailbox is separate from my personal mailbox (mailbox A).

The problem I’m having is that when a form is generated in access to email out, it defaults to my personal email (A), instead of the mailbox that I would like the replies to be stored in. How can I specify to Access which mailbox to send the form out of/ receive it into.

Also, if there is any way to encrypt this form using Access that would be very helpful as well. So far I’m assuming that encrypting a mailbox is the best option and I am still testing the best way to do this.
