Archiving emails
After I archive, the storage % does not decrease. How do I fix this?

Outlook 2003 email storage and indexing
Is there some method to store and index previously sent and received emails by using a search key?  I am looking for some way to organize emails which would allow a search over multiple directories/personal folders based on a subject keyword or mail recipient.

.edb file size not increasing from 7.39 Gb onwards
