Problem employee using business email GroupWise for personal

We have an employee that spends a lot of time sending personal emails at work. We have not been able to catch this person however because this person deletes everything out of their sent folder and then deletes her trash so there is no record of these emails. Is there a way to stop this from happening? (We use Groupwise) Thanks

My email is sending rouge emails to people randomly from my email address. I have not perscribed to any of these sites but I have friends that are receiving job offers, advice about sexual enhancement and these emails are going to my family and church memebers. How do I stop this its really bothering me. And people are reluctant to open emails from my address because of the nature of the emails I am not actually sending.

Lotus Notes – Force users to change their ID password

We have a requirement to force Lotus Notes users to change their passwords after a certain period of time.
Am i correct in thinking the following steps should enable this.
1) Edit Server Document – security tab – enable “Check passwords on Notes IDs”
2) Create a Security Policy which had the following setting enabled – “Enforce password expiration – Notes and Internet ”
3) Apply the policy to the users.
4) Run adminp
If someone could please confirm that the above is correct it would be appreciated, or if i am missing something please let me know.

How can I find out what Emails have been read on my account on a daily basis, as I believe there is an admin user accessing my messages I would like to see what messages are being read (i.e a history log)

internet restriction in email messages

Whenever I click on a link in an email to access a site it states, “The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer”. This began a few days ago after I made some changes to my google page.
