Outlook 2003 Mail Delay

I am in a company of 50 or so users on a network. When an internal email is sent round to the group there are about 3 users who experience a 10-20 second delay as opposed to being instantaneously recieved by the rest. Is there a simple solution to fix this?

Email with pdf not received

I havent received two emails from different sources both having pdf atachments the senders have had no notice of a problem. where are these emails and why do I have a problem. any jpg or media attachment is received no problem

Delayed email delivery (Exchange 2k3)

From time to time, users experience delays in receiving external emails. Email recipients outside the office will report, from time to time, that they receive emails days or weeks after such was sent by users inside our office. I like to troubleshoot, so if I could get some suggestions on where to look, what to look for, and how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

help tracing smtp relayed mails

I have a DEC TRU64 Unix box sending outbound SMTP through our Exchange 2003 mail server. The addressee claims that emails aren’t delivered to them consistently; two emails gets sent nightly and they might get one some nights. I modified the code to also send me the mail and I got one of the two yesterday.
