Using Outlook 2007 in Wireless hot spots

When I am in my office with wireless intel laptop my outlook automatically sends and receives email. When away from my office in a wireless hotspot I can surf and automatically rcv eamils but the will not send even when I hit the send rc button. Is there a setting i am missing?Thanks

Deleted Emails

HelloA user on my network deleted all his emails in the inbox and also emptied the deleted items in MS Outlook 2003. We are using POP3 email accounts. I have a backup of all the emails except for the day this happened. Is there any way to restore the emails?
