CRM opportunity entity will not open “New Opportunity Product”
I am currently experiencing an issue within my Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Opportunity entity. When I try to input a new opportunity product. If product is selected on account can CRM automatically input account into marketing list?
I would like to know if there was a way that when a certain product is selected on a CRM account if it could automatically input that account into a marketing list? What steps would I need to take in order to implement this process? I appreciate all the help.
