I have a permanent spare and dynamic spares are available in the symmetrix array when a disk is going to fail the data available in the failed disk will be copied to permanent or dynamic spare? How the disk choose whether the data has to be copied to permanent or dynamic spare?
How would you allocate dynamic resources like memory and cpu's to newly created LPARs ??
