If the qty is < 4 it prints the requested qty, but if the qty is more than 4 it prints only 4 labels. Unable to figure out the cause. Is it an issue with printer settings???? I appreciate any responses

Thanks

Tex

We use DYMO to print warehouse labels from our software. With the release of IE 8, all of the sudden, we are no longer able to print. The window that has the PRINT LABELS button closes immediately after clicking on it. The system gives the two beeps to alert of an issue, but since the window closes, I am unable to find out what the issue is. Is it driver-related or is it something my developers need to change in the software to be able to use IE8?
