We purchased 4 Lenovo machines, 2 different models (M9482-X02 and 7359-AFU). All machines are set up the same. WinXP Pro SP3, MS Office 03 and dual monitors. When the users of machines X02 try to enter the @ symbol in a doc, email or any window, it will send it to the second screen. The users of the AFU machines have the same issue except that it happens when they hit the 1 key but when they hit the 3 key it sends the window back. It doesn’t always happen and it will stop doing it on its own or will stop when the computer is restarted. Is this some sort of keyboard shortcut that they are activately accidently?

Thank you.

Does anyone know how to get LSGrab.exe or another FREE utility to remotely capture screens. I know this is a dirty job, but it’s part of the whole job.

Thanks
