DTS Package Errors

DTS Package completes successfully but doesn't run batch file

I have a DTS package that creates and XML file and then FTP's that file to a location. I run the package manually and it works fine. I've created a job for it, run the job and it completes successfully, but go to look and the ftp from the batch file doesn't run. Obviously a permissions issue but...
