i have problem with my domino server...error msg: insufficiant memory, i tried to boot again but it cant works, ..now i only cat type the command boot, its no response. what should i do?

Lotus Web Connection Slow
Domino 6.5 Users reporting database is slow. Just happens to be peak time, LoL. I am looking at Archiving but don't think that will help much if any. Is there a max web connection limit or trasaction limit. If so, how could I see if I am hitting that limit.
