Computed Field on the Lotus Domino form doesn’t display in the view

I have a computed date/time field in the form. When I open the document I can see value of the field in the document properties since the field is hidden when document opened for edit. I am not able to see the field in the document properties in a view. The field is summary. Any idea I can make this field to display in a view. Thank you,

Remove Notes calendar icon and month links for web apps,notes

In a Domino web application I am using Lotus Notes version 7.02 calendar view.

Domino display month and calendar links at the top of the view and pages. I couldn’t find the link in the view or in the page. How can I remove the link for month and calendar icon. These links doesn’t work and take additional lines that I want to remove. Any help greately appreciated.

Create a unique tracking number for the document with this format (XXXXX-YY-MM)

this is to create a tracking number of the document in lotus notes. when the user save the document it will automatically create a tracking number for the document with this format:

XXX-YY-MM-DD

where
XXXXX – counter, # of documents saved (ex. 00001)
YY – current year the doc is saved
MM – month
DD – day

the counter will reset back to 001 every 1st day of the month.

can it be done?

this is currently my formula for the counter:
