Branded URL redirects are mirroring the website. Is this managed in the DNS or by the website host?

I have created a web site named mail.org with ip 1.1. And one more web site named infoweb.org IP 1.2. In infoweb.org, I have given link of Mail.org. The both site are installed in DC. Now users are accessing mail.org by giving name in IE and as well as through the link in infoweb.org. But [...]
