I keep receiving this error in the event logs and have no idea how to interpret it: Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to enroll for one Domain Controller certificate (0x800706ba). The RPC server is unavailable. I checked microsoft's website but their description is vague.

After demoting a DC, the computer name still exist in AD Sites and Services!?

I run dcpromo to demote a DC to normal server. However, it still exists in AD sites and services, but there is no connection to it. Do I have to delete it from "AD Sites and Services" manually? Thanks.
