l have a stand-alone server name server01 and want to dynamically register an A resource record in the ABC.com zone without assigning a primary DNS suffix to the computer ? (Assume the ABC.com zone is configure to accept dynamic updates)

I want to enable scavenging for a domain, but there are Windows 2003 “servers” with static I.P. addresses configured. In order to set the correct parameters, can you please tell me how I can find out how often these servers register with the DNS server?
