Hi, I work for a large company who wants to allow authorized users to self manage their own distribution lists in the GAL. How is this done? 3rd party tools? Can you direct me some some documentation about this process and any suggested/recommended 3rd party tool greatly appreciated.

I have created a number of job folders in my outlook 2007 inbox. my question is first, how do I attach the folder to email being send as group list, without having to zip the job folder? Sometime it allow me to attach as a note. other time, I need to add each email in the job folder.

Is it possible to lock down a distribution list so that only certain people can send to the distribution list? Or is the only way to stop people sending to it be taking the List of the GAL?
