I imported contacts from my laptop to my desktop, that all went fine. When I went to create a distribution list, my imported contacts were not listed. What do I need to do?
If I send a message to three different group lists and a person is in all three groups they get the message three times. Is there a way to avoid this?

Just a quick thing. On Exchange 5.5 if a user is on more than one distribution list and an e:mail is sent to these two or more distribution list (so the user is listed 2 or 3 times) will the user recieve duplicates of the same e:mail or will 5.5 realise it's the same and only deliver one?
