CPU overhead on DASD quota products

We are considering use of one the OEM products that allows real-time tracking of DASD dataset usage and setting quotas on usage with optional prevention of allocations over budget. I have unsuccessfully tried to find anything information on what processor overhead these products carry.
Example Products:
DTS Software DLimit
BMC Mainview SRM Reporting (used to be BUDGET DASD)
CA Quota (used to be Sterlings VAM Quota)

Exchange 2003 Server out of Disk Space

I have an exchange server 2003 that has ran out of disk space. I have the .edb (62+gig) & the .stm (19+gig) on one drive (out of space). The log files on another drive. I can start the store but it wont stay mounted long no disk space. I have removed all other files off the drive and still out of space. I tried to move the streaming file to the log disk ( had to delete most of the trans logs to do this) but it would not allow me to move the .stm file. If I can move one or the other file im sure it will mount and stay up.

Mail Quota template after upgrade to mail (R7)

I am using the lotus notes client version 7, I have a mail quota of 70mb, recently I replaced the template design with Mail(R7) and my quota usage went from 42mb to 73mb as a result i can’t recieved e-mails. My question is how much space does the new template take up?

although i configured all users mailbox ouatas to the defult mailbox database (300 mb) many users have less than it (78 mb)why this happen and how to solve

Mail storage database size problem

I am using exchange 2007 SP1 . I am having problem with mail storage database size .
Actual size of all mails including deleted mails is 2.32GB . But the size of the mail storage database on the server is showing 7.89 GB . I used the command below to get the size of all mails and deleted items .

Get-MailboxStatistics | Sort -Property DisplayName | ft DisplayName, @{expression={$_.totalitemsize.value.ToMB()};label=”Mailbox Size (MB)”},@{expression={$_.TotalDeletedItemSize.value.ToMB()};Label=”DeletedItems(MB)”}

I want to know why mail storage database is showing 7.89 GB instead of 2.32 GB .

Mail db qouta and warning message

Dear Experts,
We have configured qouta on our mail databases using domino administartor. The domino administrator shows the qouta limit and warning levels as configured. The users when cross the warning threshold they does’t recieve any warning message. The only notification they get when they reachd to qouta limit at which they cannot store their mails. What could be reason, and how its possible that we can configure multiple reminders to user that he is reacning to database limit.

Is it possible to add text or change the message that a user gets when they reach their individual disk quota’s on a user drive, that has Microsoft’s Win2003 server Disk Quota enabled.
