I rebuilt operating system(windows XP) for a user on 24th Oct,and then configured the outlook 2003 email setting connecting MS exchange server.everything was OK.
But some other problem happend a month latter.I rebuilt the operating system again for the user because of a certain reason. And also reconfigured the outlook 2003. Then.something strange came out.All the email before 24th Oct have disappeared.
Meanwhile, I access my email account via IE.I still could not find any message before 24th Oct.
I am wondering if my rebuilding the operating system on 24th,Oct caused this problem.
And I would be very appreciate if you could give me any advice.
god bless me!
