Terminated User mailbox
How does one pervent a terminated user from accessing their mailbox with a PDA (i.e. BlackBerry) Exchange 2003?

Disabled and hidden users are visible in GAL
We are using exchange 2007, based on termination mail user Id gets disbaled, removed from all membership and hidden from GAL. disbaled users are visible now in outlook even though hidden from GAL. Please help us to resolve this issue.
