• Convert .pictClipping to JPEG

    Can a .pictClipping file be converted to a JPEG?  I looked up .pictClipping in the file format database and found that is a Macintosh OS X Picture Clipping (Apple Inc.) file type. Please help me with your brilliance anyone. Respectfully.
