Hello I have what I assume to be an easy question that hopefully someone can help me out on.

I have a form that I need to add a button to that will pop up a box that you can write a description in. It needs to be different for each record that comes up in the original form.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Hello, I’m new with access. I have a table with article numbers in one column. and intro and outro dates in 6 columns. the intro and outro dates come from 3 tables, so that’s why the 6 columns (2 columns per table) However, I would like to combine the six columns into 2 columns, one for intro and one for outro date. Can this be done with a if then formula? thanks for the support

Hello,

I have an inventory with varying prices (which may change weekly).

I need to compare the current price with the original price.

However, I only want the users to input one price value in a form.

I’ve tried to do this with a datamacro and the “old” command, but every time i update the field it updates to the previous price not the origninal one. Any help is appreciated!

Data Changing when closing an Access 2003 form

I have a form in Acess2003 with a subform, the subform is linked on two fields, name and date. If I close the form when my master form is on the first name in the combox everything works fine – If I close the form not on the first name in the combo box, then whatever name it is on gets the date of the first item. Why is such a thing happening?

I use a form to hold the details of a client. The form has a subform [datasheet] which details each visit that the client makes. To do an invoice for the visit I have a pop-up form. I would like information from that pop-up form to be transferred to the datasheet subform. How can I ensure that the invoice data goes to the correct record on the subform datasheet? It seems to depend on where the cursor was before leaving the subform. I want to be sure that the invoice data goes into the most recent record [they are listed in date order]. Is there any way in VB to ensure that the invoice data goes to the correct record? Thanks
