Gateway Server Fans Loud -please help

Windows shutdown menu
Is there a regiestry hack for Windows XP that will remove the Shutdown option from the Shutdown menu. I found one to remove Standby. Really all I want to see in the Shutdown menu is Logoff and Restart. Thank you in advance for your help. DJ

Increasing 10 user limit

Cached exchange mode group policy
I have loaded the template & set the policy in the default domain policy for cached mode to be turned on. Problem is that I don’t see an option how to prevent users from turning it off.
