• Should I update my desktop RAM?

About a year ago, I bought a brand new desktop and I love it. There's just one thing. The RAM is being used way too often (it's using half when the desktop is idle). And I'm not even playing any games. Should I just double the RAM on the desktop? Or should I upgrade the CPU? Thank you.

I am trying to find out if SAML can be used for SSO to sign on to a RDP session? More specifically, using ADFS as the SP and an external IdP to source identity information. I have looked high and low and I cannot seem to find anyone that has done this before.
