My PERC (Dell PowerEdge RAID Controller) 6 controller is beeping like crazy but the server is up. This is on a Dell server. How can I fix this?

Windows Server 2003 Time Sync Issue

I am running WS2003- I have 1 server that i’ve been fooling with for days now – I can do a “w32tm /resync” and the time will be correct for maybe 2 minutes or so – then reverts back to about 40 minutes from the correct time – if I change the BIOS clock to the correct time – it again holds for about 2 minutes – then reverts back to about 40 minutes earlier – Anybody have any ideas as to what could be going on here??

In office, one of our servers sometimes just shutdown randomly.
I have check for virus, but there is no virus found. I have even checked the logs and all the log will say “server shutdown unexpectedly”. The hardware is all in good condition. our servers are in the datacenter and I don’t think that it could be due to heat as the room temp is about 18 degrees.
Have anyone come across this problem before?
