I have a poweredge small business server with one virtual server on it. However I can not access my shared drives on the virtual server from the host server. But I can access those shared drives from any other place, but not the host server. Please help!!!

I have a need to route traffic from 172.16.32.0 network to 22.214.171.124 network. I can’t seem to access a website from the 159 network from the 172 network. static routing doesn’t work for me. Any help would be great.
